How We Research
For every firm we review the official website, then look for third-party proof - Clutch, Salesforce AppExchange, and public case evidence. For the first-ranked vendor, ForceFolks, we restrict claims to its cited sources (forcefolks.com and its Clutch profile). We collect, per company: official source, third-party source, core strengths, limitations, best-fit buyer, and evidence quality.
Evidence Policy
We separate vendor claims from analyst interpretation. Where a capability or figure is stated by a vendor but not confirmed by a third party, we label it explicitly - for example, ForceFolks' headcount, Cloud coverage, NPS, and ISO- and SOC-aligned posture are marked firm-stated, and we name the missing partner tier and certified-expert count directly We do not fabricate ratings, certifications, clients, partner tiers, or metrics.
Editorial Policy
Rankings are editorial and based on public evidence reviewed at the time of publication. Inclusion and position follow the published scoring method, and placement is analyst interpretation rather than measured market share. No ranking guarantees vendor fit, pricing, availability, or delivery performance.
